Suppose there are 2 lenses L1 and L2 both are separated by distance d.Focal length of 1 st lens F1 and Focal length of second lens F2.
Then

1/F=1/F1+ 1/F2 -d/F1.F2
Above formula is represent equivalent Focal length of 2 lenses.
